Trading in financial markets — including but not limited to Futures, Forex, Stocks, Options, and Cryptocurrency — involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
Elite Analytic is a journaling and analytics tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All trading decisions are yours alone.
01
Nature of the Service
Elite Analytic is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help traders organise, journal, and analyse their own historical trading activity. The Service provides tools for performance tracking, behavioural pattern analysis, and strategy simulation.
Elite Analytic is not a broker, investment adviser, financial planner, trading firm, fund manager, exchange, or any other regulated financial institution. We are not registered with or licensed by any financial regulatory authority in any jurisdiction, including but not limited to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), or any equivalent body.
Your use of the Service does not create any fiduciary relationship, advisory relationship, or any other professional relationship between you and Elite Analytic.
02
No Financial Advice
Nothing contained on the Elite Analytic platform — including but not limited to analytics dashboards, AI-generated insights, weekly debrief reports, behavioral pattern flags, consistency scores, setup ratings, playbook entries, or any other feature or output — constitutes or should be construed as:
- Financial advice or investment advice of any kind.
- A recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument or asset.
- A trading signal or trade alert.
- A prediction or forecast of future market performance.
- Tax, legal, or accounting advice.
All content and outputs provided by the Service are generated based solely on the historical trade data that you input into your personal journal. They reflect your past activity and are intended solely to support your own reflective analysis. They are not forward-looking investment recommendations.
Plain language summary: When Elite Analytic tells you that your win rate on morning Nasdaq trades is 68%, that is a reflection of your recorded history — not a guarantee that the next morning trade will be a winner, and not advice to trade more in the morning.

General Trading Risks
Trading and investing in financial markets involves significant risks. You should be fully aware of the following before trading any financial instrument:
- Capital Risk: You can lose some or all of your invested capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
- Market Volatility: Financial markets can move rapidly and unpredictably. Prices can gap significantly, especially during news events, earnings releases, or macroeconomic announcements.
- Leverage Risk: Trading instruments such as Futures, Forex, and CFDs may involve the use of leverage, which amplifies both potential profits and potential losses. Leveraged trading can result in losses that exceed your initial deposit.
- Liquidity Risk: Some instruments or market conditions may result in an inability to execute trades at desired prices, particularly in fast-moving or thinly traded markets.
- Execution Risk: There is no guarantee that any order will be filled at the intended price. Slippage, latency, and broker-side issues can affect execution quality.
- Psychological Risk: Trading involves emotional pressures that can impair decision-making. Even with sophisticated tools, emotional and cognitive biases remain significant risk factors.
- Technology Risk: Reliance on software platforms, internet connectivity, and automated systems introduces risks of outages, data errors, and technical failures.
- Regulatory Risk: Regulatory changes in any jurisdiction may affect the legality, taxation, or availability of certain trading instruments or strategies.
04
Instrument-Specific Risks
Futures: Futures contracts are leveraged instruments. Losses can exceed your initial margin deposit. You may be subject to margin calls requiring additional capital at short notice. Failure to meet a margin call may result in forced liquidation of your position at an unfavourable price.
Forex (Foreign Exchange): The Forex market operates 24 hours a day and can experience sudden large movements. Currency values are influenced by a broad range of geopolitical and macroeconomic factors that are inherently unpredictable.
Stocks & Equities: Stock prices can fall to zero. Company-specific events such as bankruptcy, fraud, or earnings disappointments can result in total or near-total loss of investment value.
Options: Options are complex instruments. Buyers of options risk losing their entire premium. Writers (sellers) of options may face theoretically unlimited losses. Options are subject to time decay, volatility changes, and early assignment risk.
Cryptocurrency: Cryptocurrency markets are highly speculative, largely unregulated, and subject to extreme volatility. Crypto assets can lose the majority of their value in short periods. There is no deposit protection scheme for crypto assets in most jurisdictions. Custody and security risks (exchange hacks, wallet loss) are unique to this asset class.
05
AI Insights & Analytics — Limitations
Elite Analytic uses artificial intelligence and statistical analysis to identify patterns in your historical trade data and generate insights. You should be aware of the following limitations:
- Based on your data only: All AI-generated insights are derived exclusively from the trade data you have entered into your journal. The quality and accuracy of insights depend entirely on the completeness and accuracy of your data.
- Pattern detection is not prediction: Detecting that you have historically made more errors on Fridays does not mean you will make an error next Friday. Behavioural patterns identified by the AI represent statistical observations of the past, not forecasts of the future.
- AI models have limitations: No AI system is infallible. AI-generated insights may contain errors, omissions, or false positives. You should apply critical judgment to all outputs.
- Not a substitute for professional analysis: AI insights are intended to supplement your own reflective journaling process. They are not a substitute for professional trading coaching, psychological counseling, or financial advice.
- Neural Reset: The Neural Reset mindset feature is designed to support general wellbeing and stress awareness. It is not a medical device, not a substitute for mental health treatment, and should not be relied upon for any clinical or therapeutic purpose.
06
Quant Lab Simulations — Limitations
The Quant Lab Monte Carlo simulator runs your strategy parameters across thousands of simulated scenarios to illustrate a range of possible outcomes. The following limitations apply:
- Simulated results are not real results: All Quant Lab outputs are hypothetical and based on mathematical modelling. They do not represent actual trading results and may differ materially from real-world outcomes.
- Assumptions may not hold: Monte Carlo simulations rely on assumptions about win rate, average risk-to-reward, and trade frequency that are derived from your historical data. Future market conditions may render these assumptions invalid.
- No guarantee of future performance: A simulation showing that your strategy has a 90% probability of profitability over a given sample does not guarantee that your actual future trading will be profitable.
- Garbage in, garbage out: If your historical trade data is incomplete, inaccurate, or cherry-picked, simulation outputs will reflect those flaws.
- Does not account for all real-world factors: Simulations do not incorporate execution slippage, commissions, market impact, psychological errors during live trading, or changes in market regime.
Important: The Quant Lab is an educational and analytical tool. It is not a trading system, signal generator, or guarantee of any level of performance. Do not risk capital based solely on simulation outputs.
07
Past Performance
Past performance is not indicative of future results. This applies to all analytics, statistics, AI insights, and simulation outputs generated by the Service. Historical win rates, profit factors, R-multiples, equity curves, and any other performance metrics displayed within Elite Analytic reflect your recorded historical trading activity only.
Markets are dynamic. A strategy that performed well in the past may perform poorly — or fail entirely — in different market conditions. No amount of historical analysis can eliminate this fundamental uncertainty.
08

No Liability for Trading Losses

Our maximum aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service is limited as set forth in our Terms of Service.
10
Seek Professional Advice
Before engaging in trading or investing, we strongly encourage you to seek independent professional advice from qualified professionals, including:
- A licensed financial adviser or investment adviser registered in your jurisdiction, who can assess whether trading is suitable for your individual financial situation.
- A licensed broker who can explain the risks specific to the instruments you intend to trade.
- A tax professional who can advise on the tax treatment of trading gains and losses in your jurisdiction.
- A mental health professional if you are experiencing stress, anxiety, or other psychological difficulties related to trading.
Elite Analytic is a tool to help you become a more self-aware and data-driven trader. It is a complement to — not a replacement for — professional guidance and your own rigorous, disciplined risk management.
