Elite Analytic uses cookies for the following purposes:
- Authentication & Security: To keep you securely logged in to your account and protect against session hijacking and cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
- Preferences & Functionality: To remember your settings, such as your selected dashboard layout, chart preferences, notification settings, and time zone.
- Performance & Analytics: To understand how users navigate the Service, which features are most used, and where technical errors occur — so we can improve the platform.
- Subscription & Billing: To maintain the integrity of your session during checkout and subscription management flows.
- Marketing (optional): If you have opted in to marketing communications, we may use cookies to understand which of our own marketing campaigns led you to sign up.
We do not use cookies for behavioural advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not sell cookie data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Third-Party Cookies
Some third-party services integrated into Elite Analytic may set their own cookies. We limit third-party cookie use to essential service providers only:
- Stripe (Payment Processing): Stripe sets cookies during the checkout and subscription management flow to prevent fraud and maintain the security of payment sessions. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Error Monitoring (e.g., Sentry): A session identifier cookie may be set to correlate error reports with specific sessions. No personal data is included. This is used solely for debugging platform errors.
We do not load cookies from advertising networks, social media platforms, data brokers, or any third party whose primary purpose is tracking user behaviour across websites.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

6.1 Cookie Consent Banner. When you first visit Elite Analytic, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner. You can accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or customise your preferences by category. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page.
6.2 Browser Settings. Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:
- View cookies that have been set and delete individual cookies.
- Block third-party cookies.
- Block all cookies (note: this will prevent you from logging in to Elite Analytic).
- Clear all cookies when you close the browser.
Browser-specific instructions:
6.3 Consequences of Disabling Cookies. If you disable strictly necessary cookies through your browser, you will not be able to log in to or use the Service. If you disable functional or analytics cookies, some preferences may not be saved and we may be less able to improve the platform based on real usage data.
6.4 Opt-Out of Analytics. If you prefer that your aggregated usage data not be included in platform analytics, you can disable the "Performance & Analytics" category via our cookie consent manager at any time.

Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals.
Elite Analytic does not engage in cross-site tracking or behavioural advertising regardless of DNT signals. We respond to DNT signals by limiting our cookie use to the strictly necessary and functional categories, treating DNT as equivalent to declining optional cookies.
